DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PROCEDURE
The Center analyses, on an ongoing basis, the events that affect the failure-free operation of the IT system. The purpose of the analysis is to improve the efficiency, optimize the operation in terms of the number of failures and all threats both inside and outside the network
Our analyses also have a proactive aspect – we can react to the threats appearing in the network before they turn into an incident or a failure.
The results of the Center's activities are documented in individual, periodic reports. They contain all the information necessary for short and long-term analyses that allow diagnosing the actual state of the network infrastructure, its security and, if need be, the required modifications.
The scope of operations of the IT Monitoring Center in Q4Net includes also SOC (Security Operations Center) services, i.e. the Operational Security Center and NOC (Network Operation Center), as well as Network Management Center, and in particular: :
